By using the bd3k website and all its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

To open an account and use bd3k services, you must meet the following conditions:

- Each individual may hold only one account.

bd3k may request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure
bd3k reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Providing false registration information.
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Proven fraud, cheating, or dishonest conduct.
- Harassment or disruption of other users.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Payment Methods & Limits
bd3k accepts only the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (same for each method).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to a verified payment method belonging to the primary account holder.
- Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification, and withdrawals may be temporarily delayed.
bd3k does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment provider's own charges may apply.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements
bd3k's welcome bonus is a 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive the bonus and withdraw winnings:
- The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing this ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.
- Another example: depositing ৳12,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making your total balance ৳17,000.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- Deposits must be made while the promotion is active in order to qualify for the bonus.
- Claiming a bonus on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
- In any case of bonus misuse, bd3k reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit associated winnings.

VIP Program & Cashback Policy
VIP Tiers
bd3k's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
VIP Tier Upgrade Conditions
Your VIP tier is determined by your activity and loyalty on the platform. Moving up to a higher tier is possible through regular play and staying active on the platform.
bd3k reserves the right to review VIP benefits and make changes as needed. Cashback is generally credited at the end of each week.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Activities
bd3k is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of cheating, fraudulent software, or use of bots.
- Stealing another player's account credentials or hacking.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.

- Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
- Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at other users.
For any of the above violations, bd3k may immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take necessary legal action.

Limitation of Liability
